When can I expect my order to arrive?

Where can I track my order?

An email with the tracking information and a link to monitor the progress of your shipment will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address, please e-mail the updated address to thetrendingbear@gmail.com.Please include your order number and correct address.

Once the order ships, we can no longer change the address. You will have to contact the shipping company directly. If this is the case, contact our support team and, they will assist you. 

Can I cancel my order?

All cancelation requests must be made asap. Once you've received the e-mail stating your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

To submit a cancellation request, please e-mail thetrendingbear@gmail.com,contact us through chat or social media. Please include your order number and name. 

I'm having trouble with my purchase, can you help?

How do I proceed with returning my order?

We have a 14-day money back guarantee, which means you have 14 days to request a return.

What do I do if my shipment arrived damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
